I wasn't sure went my mom was coming down. But the next day at practice I didn't do my best. i was in the locker room, getting dress.

"Sid where were you today?" he asked "it like like you were somewhere else."

"i'm just not having a good week."

"Come on, the week just started."

"yeah, but Kaylee parents are fighting me for custody of Ali"

"what?" he asked "can't they do that?"

"appareantly."

"what do you going to do?"

"I don't know, but I got to go to court, in a few weeks." i said, as we were walking
out of the locker room.

"i can't believe that." he said

"Daddy look......Grandma here."

"yeah"

"hi" i said to her

"grandma what are you doing here?" Ali asked

"I came to visit" she said. i turned around

"Hey. max"

"yeah"

"can you watch Ali for a while, so me adn my mom car talk about all this?"

"yeah, sure thing."

"thanks" I turned back around to Ali.

"Ali, you want to spend a couple hours with Unlce Max."

"Yeah."

"Okay, i'll see you later." I picked her give a kiss then put her down and run to
Max.

"bye, daddy"

"bye, baby girl"

"want to go to lunch?" i asked mom

"yeah"

We were sitting at the table, i was looking down, resting my head on my hand.

"you look tired."

"I didn't sleep that well."

"your not going to lose her."

"I can't believe their doing this."

"Does she got to go to court with you?"

"i don't want her to, but yeah."

we finished our lunch, Then I went to pick up the Ali.

The week before. I went to the court. i went to tell the couch that I couldn't make
a way game next week because of court.

The day of court. i was laying out Ali clothes.

"why do we need to get dressed up?" Ali asked

"because we do"

"honey, go get dress, I got her." my mom said

"Okay" i went in my room started getting dress. I was tucking my shrit in.

"Daddy, look" Ali said, jumping in the room.

"oh, is that my baby girl."

"Daddy"

"you look so pretty" i told her, getting down to her level. she laughed. i give her
a kiss. "now, go get your shoes on."

"Okay" she run to go get her shoes on. I've been putting on a strong face for her
ever since.I got the letter. i can't lose. i was putting on my tie.

"you okay?" my mom asked

"no" I said not even looking at her, then i turned around and out my jacket on.

"here" she handed me something "there the pictures from christmas"

"thanks"

"daddy" Ali yelled

"coming sweetie" I put the pictures down, and went downstiars. i put her coat on her, then I put on mine, and made it out to the car. I put her in her seat, then got in and drove to thecourthouse.

We got there, walked in I picked up Ali. we sat down, and wait for them to call us,

We were sitting there. i took a deep breath.

"your okay" my mom told me

"I don't want her in there." i whisper in her not wanting Ali to hear me, who wa
sitting on my lap.

"i know, but she got to be in there, she'll be with me" she whispered

"daddy, what are we doing here?" Ali asked

"I got to do some stuff" i told her her,as I told her I looked up and saw Kaylee
Parents walkin. They sat down they finally call us.

We got up and went in. they wanted Ali to stay out of the court room, witch was okay with me. So my mom stayed with her.
