Chapter 26

I did get some sleep.
two days later, the day of my game I did the same things before the game. trying to take a nap was harder then normal.

I got two goals, we won 3-2 , after the game.

"great game" dad said

"yeah" i said this is usally where Ali running up to me yelling 'daddy...daddy'

The rest of the week was okay. I still wasn't sleeping good. I was esting but i
still wasn't myself. friday morning I got up got a shower, and got dress went
downstair.

"are you ready?" mom asked

"yes"

We got to the court house, i seen Kaylee parents.were there already. Then, i started
looking around for Ali. I coun't find her, maybe she wasn't there.

"I can't find her" I told my dad

"she'll be here."

"Daddy" I heard here yelled. I turned around. she was running towards me.

"Ali" I said, I got down and she jumped in my arms.

"i missed you, baby girl."

"i missed you too."

"are you okay, did get your baths brush your teeth, and do all that stuff." I said
grabbing her face like she been hurt. I wa takeing pieces of her hair out of her
face. i kissed her cheek.

"yeah, daddy" I hugged her, then they called us in. Kaylee parents went in.

"I watched you game." Ali told me

"you did"

"yeah, you got two goals."

"yeah baby girl, for you."

"Mr. Crosby" the lady that took ali the first time said.

"but its firday"

"after your done in their."

"Sidney" mom said

"i love you" I told Ali,a nd kissed her on the top of her head.

"Daddy"

"i'll see you in alittle bit, kay" I said

"yeah" she said I got up, the lady took Ali hand again. I walked in the court room.

"Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell, and Mr. Crosby, i'm going to talk to the little girl." the
judge said

I nodded

"bring her in" the judge said, and stepped down from, the stand I looked behind me
and seen Ali walking in. The lady put Ali in front of the judge.

"hi, honey" the judge said, Ali looked down, ans grabbed your lock it. "what do you
got there?"

"my lockit" she said opening.

"whos in there?"

"my daddy, and mommy"

"who got that fro you?"

"Daddy"

"it that your Daddy over there?" he pointed to me.

She looked at me."yeah" I smiled

"do you and your daddy play together?"

"yeah all the time"

"what do you two do?"

"we color, go to the park, go skating and more stuff"

"more stuff?"

"yeah"

"whats, your favorite?"

"coloring"

"yeah"

"Daddy a bad colorer" i laughed alittle

"you love your daddy?"

"yeah"

"okay" He said, and got back in his chair.

"okay Mr and Mrs Michell, mr Crosby" he said we stood up along with our lawyer. "i
have descided , Mr. Crosby to keep full custody of his daughter." I smiled and
turned to my parents

"an Mr and Mrs. Mitchell you be shouldn't have try to take a daughter from her
father." he said

It was over finally over.

"thank you your honor" Is aid

"Ali" I said "come here" she run over. I gave her the biggest hug. We got Ali stuff
then walked out of the court room.

Max, Marc, Grno, Vero were outside.

"what are youg guys doing here" I asked

"well, we came to watch but we came late" Max said "but you got her." I nodded Max
took her.

"Uncle Max"

"Sugarbaby"

We got home. Ali went and played like she never lefted.
